Why is my CCTV not recording?

Most often it’s a hard drive failure, full storage, or the recording schedule got changed. We can diagnose on-site within 30 minutes and quote the fix before any work starts.

Can you repair a CCTV system installed by someone else?

Yes. We work on all major brands including Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Swann, Lorex, Bosch, Axis and most older analogue systems — whether we installed it or not.

Do you offer same-day CCTV repairs in Perth?

Why is my alarm beeping?

Usually a low backup battery or a sensor with a low-battery or tamper fault. The keypad will show a “trouble” light — write down what it says (often a number) and call us with that.

Can you service an alarm system we didn’t install?

Yes. We work on Bosch, Hills, DSC, Honeywell, Risco, Ness, Crow, Inner Range, Ajax and most other panels. Knowing the brand (usually on a sticker inside the keypad cover) speeds the diagnosis.

How often should my alarm be serviced?

Annually for most homes. Commercial systems with monitoring or insurance requirements may need 6-monthly — check your policy.
